HOW TO : Prepare for your New Year in School
Well, the vacations are about to end and students are now busy preparing for their new year in their school. The new atmosphere, the new books and the new classroom. Moreover, how can one forget the excitement
and suspense of who is going to be their class teacher? Here's the new year coming this june and we are giving you some list of how to prepare for your new year in the school.
Students must have already bought books by this time, so its time for a quick overview of whats going to be the next year in a new standard. Start reading the introductions and overview of each chapters so that you can plan in advance which topic interests you and which topics will be tough for you. You can plan tuitions accordingly. Parents should inspect and should go through overview of each topic and should ask their kids about their interests. This will also help parents decide proper guide/tutor for their kids.
Advancing to higher standards, means tougher subjects to study and harder the preparation for respective exams. To cope with such pressures, parents should help their kids with Yoga or de-stress techniques and start doing it regularly in order to keep calm and so that kids do not feel pressurized while adjusting the new standard. Parents should encourage more optimistic approach towards the tougher lessons and should motivate kids for all-around performance in the upcoming year.
So your kid scored less marks in previous standard? Remember, learning is important and not always marks. Your kids result may be poor or average but that should not affect the new standard anymore. Encourage practical approach towards study and make your kids understand the basic concept behind any topic rather than mugging up in order to score marks. Scoring marks are important but when concepts are clear and basic fundamentals are known to the child, he/she wont face any problems in further studies. Try to evaluate the reason of scoring low. Learn from the mistakes and find a proper solution so that next year onwards, your kids start performing better.
You have some week or two left for your school. Enjoy this last week to the fullest and get ready for the awesome year that is coming up
