Interview with Rutvij Vora - Co-Founder and CTO of CareerKhojj.com
Making a career choice is always a difficult task for each one of us. We shift into too many roles before we realize which the best career for us. But, now you do not need to worry about your career selection. CareerKhojj.com is entrepreneurial venture of two youngsters who started it with a vision to provide proper career guidance which can help you achieve your goals. DailyStuff.org decided to bring up some questions to them and understand how they will help young career aspirants achieve their goal.
We had a discussion with Rutvij Vora, Co-Founder and CTO of CareerKhojj.com. Below is the interview which we took.
"CareerKhojj" means "A platform that will help you to find (Khojj) a perfect career according your inner talent.” CareerKhojj is designed to give complete solutions for all career making stages i.e. choosing a stream after 10th or 12th, choosing correct branch according to one’s inner talent, choosing right option after graduation for study or employment, Making a best resume, taking a live training in the field of one’s interested domain, selecting a most appropriate company according to one’s study field, one’s work area of liking and preferences for job...etc.
Thus overall it has 3 Dimension that can help students BEFORE, DURING and AFTER graduation-A complete Path Finder.
Initially we were two people, I and my Business Guru – Mr. Rachit Dave, who is Co-founder and C.E.O of this company. Basically I belong to a very small town named MADHAPAR (BHUJ) in KACHCHH district where there is no such educational facilities available. So when I completed my 12th science, it was my ultimate dream to become an entrepreneur and give something unique to the society. Later on I founded my own Company named ASPIRE Media Web during my graduation and in the search of the same, I met with Mr. Rachit Dave and we decided to start. Currently, ASPIRE Media Web is a development partner in CareerKhojj. Now, we are a team of 6 team-mates with the aim of growing in a very unprecedented way.

We started merging up with different schools, coaching classes and individuals in different cities for expansion. Also very shortly we offer franchisee in different cities in Gujarat as well Mumbai to make available our services offline even.
Initially going for one to one selling. Then we are going to tie up with classes and schools over different cities to increase sales.
Major Marketing Tools are Social media, Local Advertisement, Classes tie ups, School seminars etc.
Still we have not funded by any venture capitalist or Investors but in future, to expand it, we need funding or going for joint ventures to grow.

Always follow your dream .. It is the only one who will be with you till the end. Always try to deliver your best to the society. If you don't make the time to work on creating the life that you want, you are eventually going to be forced to spend a lot of time dealing with a life that you don't want.
