HOW TO : Whiten Teeth At Home

Its time to give Colgate smile to whomever you meet after-all your teeth are going to be white again, that same shining white.  You will not have to go to any Doctor and burn a hole in your pocket with heavy doctor bills. Its time that you whiten teeth at home itself. It works and that too quickly ( not in hours ) but surely it works in less than a month if done properly. This is how you whiten teeth at home.

You will require:

• Two teaspoons of baking soda


• Half cut lemon


• A empty Glass


• Drinking water

Lets see how you can do it:

Step 1:

Take two teaspoons of baking soda and put it inside the empty glass. Use good quality baking soda.

Step 2:

Take the half cut lemon and crush the lemon and pour the juice over the baking soda inside the glass. It will start bubbling. (bubbles will be produce as lemon juices come in contact with baking soda. This is the peculiarity of soda and do not worry)

Step 3:

Pour over the drinking water inside the glass containing the mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Fill it till half of the glass.

Step 4:

Rinse your mouth twice a day with this solution and you are sure to have white teeth in no time!
