Are you a book lover? Generally, book lovers like to possess their favorite books or novels and would like to make their own small library but as time passes, these books give up to oxidation and other natural chemical reactions which ultimately makes the book not worth reading. Here, we provide you with few methods to preserve your books in your home, your work place or at library.

Method 1:

Place them upright to maintain their shape. Pack it in individual plastic jackets to increase its life.

Method 2:
Pack your books in Acid-free boxes available at nearby general shop. Use books in upright or flat in the box and pack it tightly. Air should not take a route inside

Method 3:

Keep all books in a cool area, away from high humidity, which encourages mold growth and invites insects. A cool, air-conditioned space, free of sunlight and ultraviolet sources, works best.

Method 4:

Regularly clean off dust with feather duster over the books to avoid degradation due to dust and other similar particles. (They are quick in degrading the quality of the books)
